Sinusitis is the inflammation of the sinuses, air filled cavities that occurs due to viral or fungal infections. This disease may occur to people of any age.

A healthy and balanced diet is extremely important to prevent getting infected by sinusitis.

Avoid junk food. Junk food is responsible for accumulation of mucus that makes things worse.

Fresh fruits and vegetables keep the body fit and tone up the stomach. This further helps in curing the infections related to sinusitis.

A mixture of saunth powder and gud works wonders. Consume this mixture of equal quantities of both of them once in a day for four weeks.

Garlic, added to herbal tea works as a great tonic for the sinusitis patient.

Spiegel seeds have curative properties towards sinusitis. Boil them in water. Let the water cool down and then consume the mixture.

Linseeds are effective for treating sinusitis. They can be added to tea and consumed.

Green tea has a healing effect on the nasal infections. It helps in neutralizing the effect on viral infections

Ginger tea is also an excellent remedy.
