To prepare the tea you should mix one tablespoon of the fenugreek seeds in a litre of cold water and boil it over half an hour at a low flame and then sieve it. Let it be cool before you drink it.

Vegetable Juices

Some vegetable juices also have a soothing effect in appendicitis. For a good result mix 100 ml each of beet and cucumber juices and 300 ml of carrot juice. This composition should be taken twice a day.

Buttermilk

Buttermilk offers great relief in the chronic chronic appendicitis. One should consume 1 litre of buttermilk a day for the best results.

Whole Wheat:

Intake of whole wheat comprising bran and wheat germ has a good effect on the digestive system that includes appendicitis as well. To avoid any kind of infection one should take get the wheat sterilized. Intake of bran mixed wheat products can reduce the chances of appendicitis.
