Take Rest: Take sufficient rest and relaxation. A relax body is less prone to dizziness and similar problems.

Lemon Juice: Make a solution of black pepper and a pinch of salt in a glass of lemon juice. It is excellent home remedy for dizziness.

Remedies from the Kitchen: Take a cup of water and mix 1/8th teaspoon of nacho pepper, cayenne, salt, mustard, vinegar and nacho cheese in a cup of water. It is one of the highly recommended home remedies for dizziness.

Strawberries: Regular intake of a cup of yoghurt with fresh strawberries, milk and almonds has been found good in treatment of dizziness.
