It can be consumed in the form of juice, gel or paste and even in its raw form.

Saw palmetto: the hormonal balance is one of the biggest reasons of hair fall. The DHT inhibitors in the body cause hair follicles to shrink and cause hair fall. Saw Palmetto blocks the action of Dihydrotestosterone, thus preventing shrinking of hair follicles.

Limejuice: The chemical composition of vinegar and limejuice helps in strengthening weakened hair tresses. Rinsing your hair with limejuice or vinegar helps in disinfecting scalp infections. Dandruff can easily be eliminated due to the disinfectant property of vinegar and limejuice.
