Aloe Vera: Aloe Vera has been used as a recognizable medicine since ages to treat number of diseases. It helps in regulating the amount of sebum produced by the sebaceous glands. Though sebum produces oil necessary for nourishment of hair, it overproduction clogs the hair follicles and prevents their growth, thus resulting in hair fall. It can be consumed in the form of juice, gel or paste and even in its raw form.
Vinegar or limejuice: Rinsing your hair with limejuice or vinegar helps in disinfecting scalp infections. The chemical composition of vinegar and limejuice helps in strengthening weakened hair tresses. Due to its disinfectant properties, it also helps in eliminating dandruff.
Saw palmetto: As discussed above, hair fall is due to the hormonal imbalance in the body. The DHT inhibitors in the body cause hair follicles to shrink and cause hair fall. Saw Palmetto blocks the action of Dihydrotestosterone, thus preventing shrinking of hair follicles.
