The problem of gray hair is very common and home remedies for gray hairs have certainly a role to play here. Sometimes the graying of hair is linked to ageing and wisdom but it also indicates some chemical changes in the body. The problems comes to fore when body stops production of melanin.   • Take a diet rich in protein that includes sprouted whole grains, cereals, meat, soy and other foodstuff.
  • Foods containing iron, minerals and vitamin should also be given preference for which one should include green leafy vegetables, yellow fruits. Bananas, tomatoes, cauliflower, cereals, liver kidney, yogurt, yeast and other rich sources of vitamins in their diet.
  • One should also take red meat, chicken and green vegetables, as these are good sources of zinc, iron and copper. These things are good home remedy for gray hair.
  • Iodine intake in your food should also be increased through natural resources.
  • Grate fresh ginger mixed with honey should be kept in a jar. Eating 1 teaspoon of this mixture is an excellent home remedy for gray hair.
