How to stay healthy is the most common and major question in everyone's mind across the globe at present. Health and fitness are the major concern of every individual throughout the entire life and everyone wants to stay healthy and fit for longer period of time. But due to hectic lifestyle, excessive work pressure and many other factors it has become a difficult task to maintain good health.

- Good health is highly affected by your sleeping habits. It is recommended to take a sound sleep every night, as lack of proper sleep affects the metabolic activities, memory, hormones, immunity and cardiovascular activities. On the other hand, better sleep stimulates the healing and repair mechanism of the body and rejuvenates the body and mind and thus helps to enhance the physical as well as mental health.
- Doing exercise on daily basis is one of the best mantra for keeping you healthy and fit. Doing some specific exercise like cardiovascular exercise helps strengthen the lungs and heart. Exercise stimulates the flexibility in the body and strengthens the muscles too.
- Take a healthy breakfast to start your day daily. This enhances the mental and physical performance of your body throughout the day. In addition to that, regular breakfast habits help maintain sugar level in the body.
- Drink plenty of water throughout the day. This helps the body to keep it hydrated. Moreover, it also flushes the toxins and fluids from the body via skin and urine.
- Stress is very harmful for health that can lead to several health conditions nad hence it is recommended to avoid stress in order to stay healthy. Doing yoga, meditation and exercise helps you reduce stress. In addition to that, do what you love and spend time on your hobbies.
- Add some stuff in your daily routine such as gardening, watering, playing, walking around the house and cleaning your house. These small habits are quite beneficial in maintaining good heath.
- Similarly, check some habits like late night sleep, watching television for late hours, sitting continuously on chair, lying on the bed for long time from your daily routine.
