Weight Loss Diet Plan for Vegetarians

We know that health is wealth and obesity is certainly a curse for us. If you are overweight then there is a lot of risk of heart attacks and high/low blood pressures. Obesity also invites other disease like diabetes and cancer. So, it is better to keep control on it.

Day One

Under the day one of your Vegetarian diet plan, eat lots of fruits except bananas. Because, banana is high in calories and thus, need to be avoided on day one. But you can eat lots of water melon, oranges, grapes and cantaloupe etc.

Day Two

Avoid oil and other fruits that contain oil like coconut. You can eat lot's of boiled vegetables today. For example you can have boiled potato in breakfast, salads in lunch and well cooked mix vegetables in dinner. You can also have fruits whole day.

Day Three

Same as day two plan. Lot's of vegetables and fruits are recommended. But remember not to eat bananas and potato.

Day Four

Today you can eat bananas but maximum eight in whole day. You can also take milk and vegetable soup. Eat other fruits like watermelon and muskmelon if you still feel hungry.

Day Five

On the day five, you can actually have some food like a cup of rice and boiled vegetables including 4 or 5 tomatoes. Drink lots of water whole day. It frees and clean the excess uric acid from your body.

Day Six

The sixth day is again the day of vegetables. In addition to green vegetables, 1 cup of rice is recommended.

Day Seven

Today, 1 cup rice, fruit juice and all the vegetables you want can be consumed by you and the very next morning you will experience a considerable loss in weight of your body. You can repeat this routine of diet whenever you find a increase in your weight but it is recommended to take a rest for 3 days before you think to start the program.

A healthy lifestyle and good eating habits always help in managing obesity problem. And, if you choose a well planed vegan diet, it will reduce the chance of obesity as well as disease like heart attack and diabetes. The forgoing plan will help you to reduce 2 kg to 3kg of excess weight in one week.
