Sesame Oil: Applying warm sesame oil gently on the affected part provide relief from the bursitis. For better results one can keep covered the area after massaging so that it can remain warm. It also helps in reducing the swelling from the affected region.

Ginger: For treating the bursitis with ginger one should make a poultice of ginger by peeling and crushing it. Apply this poultice over the affected part of the body. One can also consume the ginger in tea or the diet.

Alfalfa: The Alfalfa is one of the dependable home remedies for bursitis. The patient should include leaves and other parts of the alfalfa in his daily diet in the form of salads and soups in addition to other recipes. One can also make a tea of alfalfa and consume it daily to get relief.

Home Remedy For Bursitis Using Castor Oil:

Apply castor oil onto the areas affected by bursitis. The castor oil can also be heated before application for a more soothing effect.

Turmeric

Emu Oil:
